1. The  portal "Nieruchomości Zagraniczne" (www.nieruchomosci-zagraniczne.pl) is  registered in United Kingdom in addres 41 CHICHESTER DRIVE TANGMERE CHICHESTER WEST SUSSEX PO20 2FA ENGLAND
2. The present Utilization Terms and Conditions regulate the cooperation between portal WWW.NIERUCHOMOSCI-ZAGRANICZNE.PL   (below referred to as Operator) and real estate agents or developers (below referred to as Ordering Parties), and are not applicable to individual advertisers.
3. The Operator is committed to post on the WWW portal site  Nieruchomości Zagraniczne (www.nieruchomosci-zagraniczne.pl) the Ordering Party’s offer concerning the real estate offered for sale, as well as presentation and posting of office address and telephone data, on the basis of information supplied by the Ordering Party.
4. The remuneration for service stipulated in section 3 above of present Terms and Conditions is defined as monthly base fee, the amount of which results of current price lists and is confirmed by the sum shown in the Order.
5. The Operator’s remuneration is shown in Enclosure No. 1 to Cooperation Agreement, i.e. Price List. The Operator reserves the right to unilateral amendment of price list at 30 days’ notice. The posting of new price list at the WWW site of information service Nieruchomości Zagraniczne.pl and advising the Ordering Party by e-mail shall be considered as proper advice about the amendments.
 6. The Ordering Party can submit e-mail objections to implementation of ordered service within two business days since the service activation. After the elapse of this term, all further claims submitted by Ordering Party shall be considered ineffective. 
7. The amendment of previously agreed limit of posted advertisements requires separate signed Order and results in the amendment of monthly base fee.
8. The Operator shall not be responsible for the content of Ordering Party’s advertisement shown on the WWW portal Nieruchomości Zagraniczne.  The Operator shall also use all diligence to assure the highest quality of offer presentation service and to protect the Server against the access of unauthorized third parties.
9.   All information shown on our WWW site is posted exclusively for information purposes and the Operator expressly excludes all liability for the effects of such information application by other media or third persons, and in particular for the effects of decisions based on such information.
10.   The Operator undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with technical assistance in the course of integration with the WWW portal – in electronic form (e-mail: biuro@nieruchomosci-zagraniczne.pl) or by telephone( 012 423 80 18).
11. The Operator shall not be liable for defective operations of the WWW service site when caused by reasons beyond Operator’s control, and in particular the malfunction of domestic or international telephone lines, or other equipment units not owned by the Operator and for the operation of which the Operator is not responsible.
12.    The Operator has the right to amend the present Utilization Terms and Conditions of Nieruchomości Zagraniczne WWW portal at any time. The amendments are effective on the date of publication on the WWW site of  Nieruchomości Zagraniczne Information Service.
13.   The effective date of present Utilization Terms and Conditions of  Nieruchomości Zagraniczne Portal is 01.03.2009 .
